Avoiding a mundane task! I thought I would share all the things distractkon I did rather than finishing the task. What was that task? Just my homework for the week. Those distractions, though, have been really helpful in keeping the blues away.
Without further ado, here are those tips. Do something with paper. And I still feel so accomplished after drawing for a while.

Have been listening to My Favorite Murder, and something about catching up with those familiar voices is very comforting. Do some searching.
You are bound to find a podcast that interests you. There are tons out there. Give a little wiggle. Do a little bit of yoga. Whatever movement you choose to engage in, make it something fun.
